Recruitment process
CV screening
We are a trilingual company that uses English, German, and Hungarian in our everyday communication. Every member of our team speaks at least two of these on a fluent level.
Several colleagues will check your CV when you apply, from both an HR and a role-related perspective as well.
Phone screening
In case your profile matches the requirements of any open role, one of our recruiters will call you for a quick chat about our company, the role in question, and your experience. The next step is either of the following stages:
Technical/professional interview
Our team leads (and sometimes a peer) will be eager to find out everything about your background, experience, and the way you solve problems in your everyday work. For all roles, you will be given a written task to complete and present, which also helps you get a realistic view on the tasks and expectations related to the role.
Management interview
Our management is very hands-on. They know everyone (and their dogs) by name, and your favourite food won’t stay a secret either. You will talk to at least one of our C-level managers during the recruitment process.
HR interview
Our HR team will be happy to get to know you, your personality, goals, motivations, and team fit. The HR round is an open discussion where you can ask your own questions about the team, our company culture, and get the nitty-gritty on administrational stuff.
Offer
At this point, all colleagues and management involved in the recruitment process are in consensus about hiring you. Well done! Depending on the location, there will be a phone call or a personal discussion, followed by a written offer with an expiration date.
Talent Pool
You can apply to a job that is not yet posted, as we are always open for getting to know talented people. In case we love your CV, but cannot offer you a role at the moment, we will keep you in mind (or rather, in our Talent Pool) and call you back later when the right opportunity comes along.
